Style Guide – User Lexicon – Incorrect spellings

In the Incorrect spellings submenu, you store incorrect spellings that are unfamiliar to Congree and their correct spelling. In this way, Congree does not report a word it is unfamiliar with when analyzing the incorrect spelling, but instead gives you a specific correction proposal.

Info

The colors of the icons in the System Lexicon Info column have the following meanings:

  • Red: This is an important word in the system lexicon that cannot be removed. One example of this is "the". The Congree Linguistic Engine evaluates the added variant as acceptable and will not object to it.
  • Green: This word is not in the system lexicon. It is recognized as a correct word by the Congree Linguistic Engine since as it was specified in the user lexicon.
  • Blue: This word is already in the system lexicon. However, this entry is overwritten with information that has been stored in the user lexicon. One example of such a word is "dog". If you click on the blue button, the original meaning and the system lexicon information for it will be displayed.
