Automatic Determination of User Lexicon Candidates
You can store words manually in the individual submenus of the user dictionary.
Congree also determines so-called user dictionary candidates. The determination takes place automatically whenever a Congree TermSync process is running. All words that are classified as possible entries for the user dictionary by the Congree Linguistic Engine are imported into the user dictionary or its submenus.
Automatically determined user dictionary candidates can be easily recognized by the fact that they do not yet have a Status. For Congree to consider a user dictionary candidate in the future, its status must be set to
