Unchallenging Authoring Memory Proposals

If you later decide that you do not want to evaluate challenged Authoring Memory proposals, you can unchallenge them in two different ways.

a) In My Challenged and TeamPlay

Requirements: 

• You are in the My Challenged or TeamPlay menu.
• The list of Authoring Memory proposals displays Authoring Memory proposals for processing.
• For TeamPlay: The sentences have the challenged, challenged discarded, or challenged approved status and you are the owner of the sentences.

How to unchallenge Authoring Memory proposals in My Challenged and TeamPlay:

1. Activate the checkboxes in the first column to select all Authoring Memory proposals that you would like to unchallenge.
1. The processing functions will be activated.

2. Click Unchallenge:
   

   1. The following dialog field will be displayed:
      
3. Click Yes.
4. The Authoring Memory proposals are no longer listed in My Challenged or TeamPlay.
5. The Authoring Memory proposals are no longer highlighted in orange in the hive of the associated candidate.

b) In My Candidates, My Approved, or My Discarded

Requirements: 

• You are in one of the following menus:
• My Candidates
• My Approved
• My Discarded
• The list of Authoring Memory Candidates displays candidates for processing.

• The candidate hives contain challenged Authoring Memory proposals:
  

How to unchallenge Authoring Memory proposals:

1. Click the Challenge button (highlighted in orange) of the required Authoring Memory proposals:
   
2. The Authoring Memory proposals are no longer in Challenged menu.
3. The Authoring Memory proposals are no longer highlighted in orange in the hive of the associated candidate.
