Data Grooming Manager: Challenged Pool

The Challenged Pool is a submenu of the Challenged menu in the Data Grooming Manager. The Challenged Pool contains all previously challenged Authoring proposals not yet grabbed by any Data Grooming-Benutzer for evaluation.

Overview of the Challenged Pool Menu

1. Back button: Go to the overview of available Congree Managers.
2. Activated Managers: Go to another Manager.
3. Parent menus: Switch between the menus Authoring Memory and Terminology.
4. Switch between the Candidates, Approved, Discarded, Challenged, My proposals, and TeamPlay menus.
5. Switch between the "Pool" area and the personal "My [...]" area of a menu.
6. Update button: Update the list of Authoring Memory proposals.
7. Select all button: Activate all checkboxes in the list of Authoring Memory proposals.
8. Unselect all button: Deactivate all checkboxes in the list of Authoring Memory proposals.
9. Grab: button: Send the selected proposal to My Challenged.
10. Grab all: button: Send all proposals directly to My Challenged.
11. List of Authoring Memory Candidates
    1. Checkbox: Select an Authoring Memory Candidate or undo an existing selection.
    2. Id column: Unique identifier of the Authoring Memory Candidate
    3. Rating column: Match level of the Authoring Memory Candidate with the most similar sentence already stored in the Authoring Memory in %
    4. Challenger column: User of the Data Grooming-Benutzer who challenged the Authoring Memory proposal
    5. Challenge column: Time at which the Authoring Memory proposal was challenged
    6. Language column: The language set in the Congree Authoring Client
    7. Candidate column: the Authoring Memory proposal
    8. Number of Authoring Memory proposals in the table
