Deleting Candidates

Authoring memory candidates can not only be released or rejected, but also completely deleted from the authoring memory database. This option may be required during a test phase, for example.

Important:
The discarding of authoring memory candidates cannot be undone.

Requirements:

  • You are in My Candidates or TeamPlay.

  • The table displays candidates for processing.

  • For TeamPlay: You are the owner of the sentences.

How to delete candidates:

  1. Activate the checkboxes in the first column to select all Authoring Memory Candidates that you would like to delete.

    1. The processing functions will be activated.

  2. Click Delete.


    1. The following dialog field will be displayed:


  3. Click Yes.

    1. The following success message will be displayed at the bottom left edge of the panel:


  4. The selected sentences will be deleted from the Authoring Memory database and removed from the table.

  5. From now on, the deleted sentences can again be proposed as Authoring Memory Candidates in the Congree Authoring Client.
