Data Grooming Manager: My Discarded

My Discarded is a menu in the Data Grooming Manager. My Discarded contains candidates that have already been discarded. The menu enables you to approve previously discarded candidates.

Overview of the My Discarded menu:

  1. Back button: Go to the overview of available Congree Managers.

  2. Activated Managers: Go to another Manager.

  3. Parent menus: Switch between the menus Authoring Memory and Terminology.

  4. Switch between the Candidates, Approved, Discarded, Challenged, My proposals, and TeamPlay menus.

  5. Menu: Within the parent menus, switch between the "Pool" area and the personal "My [...]" area.

  6. Update button: Update the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.

  7. Select all button: Activate all checkboxes in the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.

  8. Unselect all button: Deactivate all checkboxes in the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.

  9. Approve button: Add the previously discarded candidate to the Authoring Memory.

  10. Return button: Return a candidate to the Discarded Pool.

  11. Refresh Rating button: Refresh the results for the rating.

  12. List of Authoring Memory Candidates

    1. + button: Show all variants of the most similar sentence already stored for a candidate in the Authoring Memory.

    2. Checkbox: Select an Authoring Memory Candidate or undo an existing selection.

    3. Id column: Unique identifier of the Authoring Memory Candidate

    4. Rating column: Match level of the Authoring Memory Candidate with the most similar sentence already stored in the Authoring Memory in %

    5. Proposal Status column: Indicates if the hives of Authoring Memory Candidates contain discarded Authoring Memory proposals:

    6. Creation: Time of proposal of the Authoring Memory Candidate

    7. Creator column: Congree Authoring Client user who proposed the Authoring Memory Candidate

    8. Language column: The language set in the Congree Authoring Client

    9. Candidate column: the Authoring Memory Candidate

    10. Comment column: Enter a free-text comment on the selected discard reason.

    11. Evaluator column: User of the Congree Control Center who approved the Authoring Memory Candidate

    12. Evaluation date column: Time at which the Authoring Memory proposal was approved

    13. Comment history column: The comment last specified for the candidate

    14. Discard reason history column: The discard reason last specified for the candidate

Note:

The results in the Evaluation history table always refer to the current Authoring Memory Candidate.

Overview of the Evaluation history table:

A. Evaluator column: Users of the Congree Control Center who evaluated or reevaluated the Authoring Memory Candidate
B. Evaluation column: Times at which the Authoring Memory Candidate was evaluated or reevaluated
C. Comment column: Comments previously specified for the Authoring Memory Candidate
D. Discard reason column: Discard reasons previously specified for the Authoring Memory Candidate
