Data Grooming Manager: My Candidates

My Candidates is a menu in the Data Grooming Manager that contains all candidates grabbed by a Data Grooming-Benutzer from the Candidates Pool.

Overview of the My Candidates Menu

1. Back button: Go to the overview of available Congree Managers.
2. Activated Managers: Go to another Manager.
3. Parent menus: Switch between the menus Authoring Memory and Terminology.
4. Switch between the Candidates, Approved, Discarded, Challenged, My proposals, and TeamPlay menus.
5. Switch between the "Pool" area and the personal "My [...]" area of a menu.
6. Update button: Update the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.
7. Select all button: Activate all checkboxes in the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.
8. Unselect all button: Deactivate all checkboxes in the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.
9. Approve: Add a candidate to the Authoring Memory.
10. Discard button: Refuse the inclusion of a candidate in the Authoring Memory.
11. Delete button: Delete a candidate from the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.
12. Return button: Return a candidate to the Candidates Pool.
13. Refresh hives button: Refresh the results for the rating, candidates, and hive.
14. List of Authoring Memory Candidates
    1. + button: Show all variants of the most similar sentence already stored for a candidate in the Authoring Memory.
    2. Checkbox: Select an Authoring Memory Candidate or undo an existing selection.
    3. Id column: Unique identifier of the Authoring Memory Candidate
    4. Rating column: Match level of the Authoring Memory Candidate with the most similar sentence already stored in the Authoring Memory in %
    5. Proposal Status column: Indicates if the hives of Authoring Memory Candidates contain any discarded Authoring Memory proposals:
       
    6. Creation column: Time of proposal of the Authoring Memory Candidate
    7. Creator column: Congree Authoring Client user who proposed the Authoring Memory Candidate
    8. Hive update time column: Shows when the candidate, rating, and hive were last refreshed.
    9. Language column: The language set in the Congree Authoring Client
    10. Candidate column: the Authoring Memory Candidate
    11. Comment column: Enter a free-text comment on the selected discard reason.
    12. Discard reason column: Select one or several discard reasons from a drop-down list.
    13. Number of Authoring Memory Candidates in the table
15. Initial hive table: See the Authoring Memory proposals for the selected candidates, which were available to the author at the time of submission.
16. Details view: See the entire selected candidate.
