Returning Candidates and Authoring Memory Proposals
All menus in which you work with approved Authoring Memory Candidates or Authoring Memory proposals allow you to return candidates/Authoring Memory proposals. In this way, you can again make the candidates/Authoring Memory proposals available to other Data Grooming-Benutzers.
For example, it might be necessary to return candidates/Authoring Memory proposals in order to ensure their processing while you are absent.
Requirements:
You are in one of the following menus:
- My Candidates
- My Approved
- My Discarded
- My Challenged
- TeamPlay
- The table contains sentences for processing.
- For TeamPlay: You are the owner of the sentences.
How to return candidates/Authoring Memory proposals:
Activate the checkboxes in the first column to select all candidates/Authoring Memory proposals that you would like to return.
- The processing functions will be activated.
Click Return.
- The following success message will be displayed at the bottom left edge of the panel:

- The candidates or Authoring Memory proposals are no longer in your "My" menu.
- The candidates or Authoring Memory proposals are again in a menu that all users can access, such as the candidates pool.
- For TeamPlay: You are no longer the owner of the sentences; the owner has been reset to "none".
- Others can grab the sentences for processing.
- The following dialog field will be displayed:
You have already specified a discard reason for these candidates. - The following dialog field will be displayed:
You have already specified a discard reason for these Authoring Memory proposals.
Important:
If you return the candidates/Authoring Memory proposals nevertheless, the discard reasons and comments will be lost.
- TeamPlay: The following dialog field will be displayed:
You cannot grab the sentence because it has already been assigned to another user (See Working in the TeamPlay Menu).
