Data Grooming Manager: Candidates Pool

The Candidates Pool is a menu in the Data Grooming Manager that contains all candidates not yet grabbed by any Data Grooming-Benutzer.

Overview of the Candidates Pool Menu

1. Back button: Go to the overview of available Congree Managers.
2. Activated Managers: Go to another Manager.
3. Parent menus: Switch between the menus Authoring Memory and Terminology.
4. Switch between the Candidates, Approved, Discarded, Challenged, My proposals, and TeamPlay menus.
5. Switch between the "Pool" area and the personal "My [...]" area of a menu.
6. Update button: Update the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.
7. Select all button: Activate all checkboxes in the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.
8. Unselect all button: Deactivate all checkboxes in the list of Authoring Memory Candidates.
9. Grab button: Send the selected candidate to My Candidates.
10. Grab all button: Send all candidates from the list of Authoring Memory Candidates to My Candidates.
11. List of Authoring Memory Candidates
    1. Checkbox: Select an Authoring Memory Candidate or undo an existing selection.
    2. Id column: Unique identifier of the Authoring Memory Candidate
    3. Rating column: Match level of the Authoring Memory Candidate with the most similar sentence already stored in the Authoring Memory in %
    4. Creation column: Time of proposal of the Authoring Memory Candidate
    5. Language column: The language set in the Congree Authoring Client
    6. Creator column: Congree Authoring Client user who proposed the Authoring Memory Candidate
    7. Candidate column: The Authoring Memory Candidate
    8. Number of Authoring Memory Candidates in the table
