Following selected candidates

In the Data Grooming Manager, you can follow candidates that have been moved from one table to another due to an editing action. For example, this function is useful when you grab candidates for processing and want to further process them directly in your personal menus (e.g. My Candidates).

Requirements:

• You are in one of the menus of the Data Grooming Manager that supports the function. These are all of the menus except for Authoring Memory - My proposals und Terminology.

How to follow selected candidates:

1. Select one or several candidates and apply a Data Grooming function.

   1. If the processing step was successful, a message such as the following will appear:
      

2. Click the orange notification text.

   1. The menu containing the moved candidate will open up.
   2. The moved candidate is selected.
   3. A filter (see Filtering) limits the display in the table to the moved candidate.
3. You can directly further process the moved candidate.
