Filtering

In the Data Grooming Manager, table contents can be filtered. Filters refer to categories such as the rating. In this way, it is possible to limit the display to contents that fulfill certain requirements within a category.

Requirements:

  • You are in one of the menus of the Data Grooming Manager.
  • The table contains entries.

How to filter contents:

  1. Click the filter button in a table column:

    1. A drop-down list will open up:

      respectively a from-to drop-down list for Creation, Hive Update Time, and Challenge:
  2. Select the required filter.
  3. Now, only candidates that correspond to the filter value for the respective category will be displayed.
  4. The active filter will be displayed at the bottom edge of the table:

Important:

If you apply a Data Grooming Manager action to filtered candidates, the candidates that have been filtered out will not be processed.

How to clear the filter:

You can do this in two ways:

  1. Unselect the filter checkbox.

    1. The filter will be removed.
    2. The checkbox will remain. The filter can be reactivated with a click.
  2. Click the Clear filter button:

    1. The filter will be removed.
    2. The checkbox will disappear.
