Sorting

By default, the candidates in the Data Grooming Manager are sorted by their ID. However, you can also sort candidates by their properties (e.g. language).

Important:

Sorting is not available for all categories of properties. Columns by which you can sort are evident from the button in the table column header.

Requirements:

• You are in one of the menus of the Data Grooming Manager.
• The table contains at least two entries.

How to sort candidates (option 1):

1. Click the arrow button in the table column header of the required category:
   
2. The table contents are sorted in ascending order by the requested category.

How to sort candidates (option 2):

1. Right-click the table column header of the required category.

   1. A drop-down list will open up:
      
2. You can sort the entries in two ways:
3. Click Sort Ascending in order to sort the table contents in ascending order.
4. Click Sort Descending in order to sort the table contents in descending order.
5. The table contents are sorted by the requested category.

How to clear the sorting:

1. Right-click the table column header of the required category.

   1. A drop-down list will open up:
      
2. Click Clear Sorting.
3. The sorting will be cleared.
