Withdrawing Candidates

The My proposals menu enables you as an author to withdraw candidates. For example, you may want to withdraw the candidates you proposed if the circumstances concerning your proposal change and you no longer consider the addition to the proposal to the Authoring Memory to be appropriate.

Requirements:

• You are in the My proposals menu of the Data Grooming Manager.
• The list of Authoring Memory Candidates displays candidates for processing.
• The status of the candidates is "new".

How to withdraw candidates:

1. Activate the checkboxes in the first column to select all candidates that you would like to withdraw or click Select all.

   1. The processing functions will be activated.

2. Click Withdraw.
   

   1. The candidates will be deleted from the list.
3. The candidates have been withdrawn and will again be displayed in the Authoring Memory Candidates Panel in the Congree Authoring Client.
4. The following dialog field will open up:
   
   Some candidates could not be withdrawn, because someone else is working on them or has already approved or discarded them.
