Only Display Notifications for Certain Notification Categories

If you only want to get notifications for a particular notification category, you can hide the notifications for the other notification categories.

Requirements:

  • The Language Check Panel is open.

How to limit the notifications to certain notification categories:

  1. In the toolbar, click the gear icon.

    1. The Notification categories and Notification description view will open up.

  2. Under Notification categories, click all notification categories for which you do not want to see any notifications.

    1. The checkmarks in front of the notification categories will disappear.
  3. Notifications will no longer be displayed for the notification categories without checkmark.

Tip:

You can also hide notifications for certain notification categories by clicking a notification category in the expandable release level view (see The Language Check Panel).

Note:

If you hide notifications of the notification categories Terminology or Valid terms, notifications of the linguistically enhanced terminology check will be hidden in the Terminology Research Panel.
