Challenging Proposals in the Authoring Memory Panel

In the Authoring Memory Panel, authors have the opportunity to challenge Authoring Memory proposals, for example, if they question their quality.

An example would be the following sentence, which contains a spelling error:

If Authoring Memory proposals are challenged, Congree forwards them to an administrator, who can decide whether a sentence should remain in Authoring Memory or be deleted.

Requirements

  • You are in the Authoring Memory Panel.
  • The Authoring Memory Panel is filled with sentences.

How to challenge sentences


  1. Move the cursor over the Authoring Memory proposal you want to challenge.

    1. On the right side of the panel behind the Authoring Memory proposal, the Challenge proposal button is visible:

  2. Click the Challenge proposal button.

  4. The sentence is stored in the Data Grooming Manager, Challenged menu.
