Compiling a Style Guide

Using the Linguistic Compiler menu, you can compile updated Style Guides. In this way, it can be ensured that the Congree Language Check works correctly.

Note:

The Style Guide will always be compiled on the host on which the Congree Linguistic Engine is installed.

Requirements:

  • You are in the Linguistic Compiler menu of the SyncCenter.
  • The database contains at least one Style Guide.

How to compile a Style Guide:

  1. Select one or more Style Guides from the table:
  2. You can do this in two ways:
  3. Click Compile to compile the Style Guide(s) immediately:

    1. The compilation will start.

    2. You can monitor the compilation in the Job list menu.

  4. To schedule a compilation, click Schedule:

    1. A new window will open up:

      Select a date and click Schedule.

  5. Go to the Job list menu.

    1. In the list, you can find your tasks with a time stamp:
    2. The Style Guide has been or will be compiled at the respective time.
  6. Once the Style Guide has been successfully compiled, the task will be set to the Successful status.
