The non-native authoring functionality in the Congree Non-Native Authoring Panel provides assistance for authors who compose documentation in a language other than their native language.
This is how it works:
- The author composes a document in the target language. Any available native-language translations of the sentence written are displayed in the Congree Non-Native Authoring Panel. Based on his native language, the author can thus determine whether the sentence expresses the desired content in the target language.
- By means of a search bar in the Congree Non-Native Authoring Panel, the author can search the Translation Memory for a sentence in his native language. Any translations found will be displayed in the panel. In this way, the author can check whether the Translation Memory already contains target-language sentences that express the required content. If this is the case, the required sentence can be transferred to the document with a click.
