The My proposals menu enables you as an author to withdraw candidates. For example, you may want to withdraw the candidates you proposed if the circumstances concerning your proposal change and you no longer consider the addition to the proposal to the Authoring Memory to be appropriate.
Requirements:
- You are in the My proposals menu of the Data Grooming Manager.
- The list of Authoring Memory Candidates displays candidates for processing.
- The status of the candidates is "new".
