Document-Specific Settings for Structure Information
To be able to work with structure information in the Congree Authoring Client, Congree classes must be mapped to the XML elements of the underlying documents in the Document menu of the Settings Manager. Furthermore, the penalty to be applied in the Congree Authoring Client for different structure information must be configured in Document.
Requirements:
- You are in the Document menu in the Settings Manager of the Congree Control Center.
- If you want to use the function for your Authoring Memory:
- Your Authoring Memory contains sentences with structure attributes.
- You have already mapped the Across classes to the Congree classes (see Global Settings).
How to map your Congree classes to document-specific XML elements:
Under Paragraph recognition, deactivate the option Automatic paragraph recognition.
- The table can be edited.
- Click Click here to add a new row to add all XML elements for which you would like to get Authoring Memory proposals whose structure information is as suitable as possible or to which certain Language Check rules are to apply.
- Click the cells under Class for a selection of Congree classes:
- Assign a Congree class to every XML element.
- Click the Save button in order to save your configuration.
- Your configuration has been saved and can be used for the next steps.
How to create a penalty for different structure information:
- Customize the Different structure option in the Authoring Memory area according to your needs:
- Click Save to save your configuration.
- In the Congree Authoring Client, the configured value will be deducted from the matching rate of an Authoring Memory proposal if its structure information is different from that of your sentence.
