Saving the Language Check Report

You can save the current report for subsequent review or archiving purposes.

Requirements:

  • The Language Check Report is open.

How to save the current report:

  1. Click the Export... button.

    1. You can choose from six export formats:
  2. Select the required export format.

    1. The [...] Export Options dialog will open up:
  3. Click OK.

    1. The dialog for saving the report will open up:
  4. In the navigation structure, click the directory to which you would like to save the report.
  5. In the File name field, enter a file name of your choice or change the existing file name.
  6. Click Save.
  7. The current report will be saved to the specified directory in the selected format.

Note:

The table containing additional information on all errors will only be saved if it is displayed.
