TermTiger Search - Administration

You must configure the views so that TermTiger Search can be used. For the TermTiger Search, you only define the views for the "Anonymous" user group. Define the fields that should be visible for the search and activate them for the "Anonymous" group. A more detailed description of the views in Congree TermTiger can be found in the TermTiger - Views chapter.

Preparation / Administration

If the TermTiger Search module has been licensed and installed, it is sufficient to define the views for TermTiger Search. Please note that it may be useful not to make some fields visible.

Proceed as described in the TermTiger - Views chapter to define the views.

TermBases that should not be available for TermTiger Search can be defined as not visible:

  1. Select the TermBase to which the setting should apply.

  2. Select the Search view from the selection menu.

  3. Remove the tick from the Termbase is visible checkbox.

Then enter the address at which the TermTiger Search can be accessed.

The address for TermTiger Search is always the same:
[SERVERNAME]/CongreeControlCenter/TermTiger/search
Instead of [SERVERNAME], enter the address of the server on which Congree was installed. This is also the URL under which the administration interface of Congree TermTiger is opened.
Example:
You open Congree TermTiger from the Congree Control Center. The address https://congree.compathy.com/CongreeControlCenter/terminology-manager/manage is called up. You can access the TermTiger Search at: https://congree.compathy.com/CongreeControlCenter/TermTiger/search

If required, also activate the Term Candidates for TermTiger Search, as described in the TermTiger - Term Candidates chapter.
