Automatically collecting and approving sentences

You can configure how Authoring Memory Candidates are collected and automatically processed in the Congree Authoring Client. 

You have a variety of options:

• 1 Collect:
  • 1.1 Congree collects every sentence not yet in the authoring memory as Authoring Memory Candidates.
  • 1.2 Congree does not collect any Authoring Memory Candidates.
  • 1.3 Congree collects sentences not yet in the Authoring Memory as Authoring Memory Candidates that meet the specific criteria.
• 2 Automatic approval:
  • 2.1 Every sentence proposed by an author is automatically added to the Authoring Memory.
  • 2.2 Every sentence proposed by authors must be manually evaluated.
  • 2.3 Sentences proposed by authors that meet specific criteria are automatically added to the Authoring Memory.

Requirements

You are in the Congree Control Center, Settings Manager, Data Grooming menu.
