Store an incorrect spelling that is not included in the Congree system lexicon, enabling Congree to correctly analyze the incorrect spelling.

How to store an incorrect spelling
Click Add:
The Add entry panel will open up:
Enter the incorrect spelling you want to store in Incorrect spelling:
- Under Part of compound, specify whether the incorrect spelling may be part of a compound word. If you enable the checkbox, the incorrect spelling will also be recognized as part of a compound word:
If the checkbox is not enabled, the incorrect spelling will only be recognized on its own. Store the correct spelling of your incorrect spelling under Correct spelling:
- Optional: Open the Semantics drop-down list and select what type of incorrect spelling it is:
Optional:
Enter a plural form or specify that the incorrect spelling is only plural:
In Number, click the Cases button:
The Number panel will open up:
You have various options:
- The incorrect spelling is plural only: Enable This word is plural only and click Save to close the panel.
- The incorrect spelling is both singular and plural: Store the plural in These are (the) and click Save to close the panel.
- The incorrect spelling has no plural: Click Cancel to close the panel.
Assign a status: The status indicates whether and how the Congree Linguistic Engine considers a user lexicon entry.
There are three options:
- : The Congree Linguistic Engine considers a user lexicon entry
- : The Congree Linguistic Engine does not consider a user lexicon entry.
- : The Congree Linguistic Engine does not consider a user lexicon entry because you have not assigned a status yet.
Optional: Store a comment.
You have two options:
To store another incorrect spelling, enable the Add another entry checkbox. Then click Add:
- The form is empty again.
- The incorrect spelling has been stored successfully.
To store the incorrect spelling and return to the table, click Add:
- The panel will close.
- The incorrect spelling has been stored successfully.
