TermTiger - Views
The views in TermTiger offer you the option of displaying customized details from the concept and naming entries within the Congree Control Center Web for different user groups. For example, you can control that a group can see certain details but cannot edit them. Alternatively, you can also reduce the number of details displayed, as these are only important for terminology management and not for everyday work.
Notes
You must configure the views so that TermTiger can be used. If the views are not configured, these TermBases cannot be managed in Congree Control Center Web or searched via the TermTiger Anonymous Search. You will find suggestions for the initial configuration in the chapter Creating and updating views.
The views affect groups. These are the groups that were created in Congree Control Center - User - Groups. The "Anonymous" group also exists in the views. The views defined for this group are used for users who are not logged in. This is the only group for TermTiger Anonymous Search. This group is also used as the default value for all undefined views: If no views have been defined for a group (or the user does not belong to any group), the view for Anonymous is used instead.
Views
There are three views: Edit, Manage, Search.
Manage defines the view in the Manage menu in TermTiger.
Edit defines the view of the individual entry in edit mode (click on the pencil icon in Manage)
Search defines the view for the TermTiger Anonymous Search. Only the Anonymous group can be selected for this view.
