Checking a Document
For a full check of a document that has already been created, use the Check Document function.
Important:
The content of elements which are collapsed in the structure view of the editor will not be checked.
How to check an entire document:
Click the Document button in the Congree toolbar or Check document
in an opened Congree panel.- The Check Document function will be prepared and executed:
- The Check Document function will be prepared and executed:
- The successful completion of the check will be reported in a dialog field:
- The results of the check will be displayed in the respective Congree panels.
- You can call up an Authoring Memory Report (see Generating Authoring Memory Reports) or a Congree Language Check Report (see Generating Congree Language Check Reports).
You can close the dialog field by pressing the Enter key.
