User Manager – Rights
Rights for various components of the Congree Authoring Server can be created in the Rights menu of the User Manager.
A number of rights are predefined by default. However, the rights can be deleted, and new rights can be defined.

Overview of the Rights Menu
Back button: Go to the overview of available Congree Managers.
Activated Managers: Go to another Manager.
Parent menus: Switch between the Users, Groups, Roles, and Rights menus.
Refresh button: Refresh the list of rights.
Add button: Add a new right.
Delete button: Delete the selected right.
Select all button: Activate all checkboxes in the list of rights.
Unselect all button: Deactivate all checkboxes in the list of rights.
List of rights
Checkbox: Select a right or undo an existing selection.
Name column: Create names for the rights.
Description column: Add descriptions to the rights.
Component column: Determine the components for which the access right is defined.
Access rights column: Determine the part or feature of a component to which the access right is to apply.
Save button: Save the list of rights.
Reset button: Reset the list of rights.
