You can either add the concepts of the TBX file to be imported or replace them.

Add Concepts: Concepts will be included in an already existing TermBase. No terms will be deleted, overwritten, or modified. The original concept ID will always be kept when using Add.

Replace Concepts: The entire TermBase will be purged before the import proceeds. You may choose to keep the concept IDs from the source by clicking the checkbox "Import concept ID from source."

You cannot undo replacing concepts once the import has been finalized.
