IT Manager – Licensing

In the Licensing menu, you can view and manage your Congree licenses.

The core function of this menu is the update of Congree licenses. You can update licenses by uploading a new license key. The activation can be performed online or offline.


Overview of the Licensing Menu

  1. Edition area: Here you can see the edition to which your Congree license applies and change your license.
    1. Your Congree edition
    2. Update... button: Open the licensing dialog and enter a new license key if necessary.
  2. Features area: List of features included in your license
  3. Editors area: List of editors included in your license
  4. License details area: View your license details.
    1. License details
      • Number of licenses
      • Number of licenses currently in use
      • Number of failed login attempts
      • Information when your license will expire
    2. Reload: Click this button in order to access any changes to your license details immediately.



Note:

One Congree user can be logged on to two computers at the same time. One additional license per computer is used.
