The Authoring Memory Panel displays sentences that are similar to the edited text, offering them for reuse.
With the Congree Authoring Memory Server as backend

Original sentence from the edited document, for which similar sentences have been determined
List of similar sentences in the Authoring Memory, sorted by their similarity to the original sentence. The similarity is indicated in percent at the beginning of the row.
Marking that highlights deviations between the Authoring Memory proposals and the original sentence
Results of the word search. The sentences found with the help of the word search are marked with a [W].
Results of the approximate search. The sentences found with the help of the approximate search are marked with an [A].
Filter for matching ranges button: Activate or deactivate the specified matching ranges to determine which sentences will be displayed in the Authoring Memory panel. For example, you can limit the display to 100% matches (see The Congree Matching Rates Report Panel).
Enable/disable Complete View button: In the Compact View mode, all sentences are displayed without tags. Sentences that are identical at the level abstracted from the tagging are consolidated and displayed only once. Click the Enable/disable Complete View button in order to toggle the Complete View mode.
Show/hide attributes button: Click the button to show or hide attributes for inline elements in the sentence.

Show ranges area: Select to which matching rates the displayed matches may belong.

Show tags selection: By activating the selection, the matches are displayed with their tagging.
Show attributes selection: Click the button to show attributes for inline elements in the sentence.
Color highlighting in the Authoring memory panel

Inline Elements in the sentence from the current document are shown in gray.
A space marked in red indicates a place where content is missing in the authoring memory compared to the document. In this example, “_this process” is in the current document, but is missing in the result from the Authoring Memory. If the space coincides with a difference in the inline elements, this space can also be marked in orange.
Text marked in red and underlined indicates positions where the result from the authoring memory contains more words than the sentence from the current document. In this example, “and targeted_” is in the result from the Authoring Memory, but is missing in the sentence from the current document.
Different inline elements are shown in orange. In this example, the area in the current document is marked in bold (<b></b>), the result from the Authoring Memory contains an underline (<u></u>) in the same place.
