Congree TermTiger - Configuration - Views

In Views, you can configure what fields and what field values certain users or user groups should see when accessing a specific section of Congree TermTiger. You can reach views at Congree TermTiger → Configuration → Views.

Sections

The available sections are:

• Edit: For the view you see when creating or editing a term or concept.

• Manage: For the Manage Grid.

• Search Result: For the overview you get in TermTiger Search when clicking a term.

• Search Bar: For the quick overview of the search results when entering a search term.

Groups

• Select a group for which your configuration should apply. You will find all available groups here.

• If you do not want to assign a configuration to a specific group but to people using Congree TermTiger without their own account, choose Anonymous instead.

Configuration

• For each view, you can decide what fields and what values should be visible.

• To make a field or a value visible, enable the checkbox for visibility.

• For fields with translatable content, you have to select the desired languages instead.

Additional Options

Depending on the selected section, additional options might be available:

• TermBase Visible: Enable this option to make a TermBase available in general for a certain group.

• Show Synonyms: Enable this option to show synonyms in the search bar of TermTiger Search.

• Show Translations: Enable this option to show translations in the search bar of TermTiger Search.
