Grabbing Candidates and Authoring Memory Proposals

You can grab Authoring Memory Candidates/Authoring Memory proposals that you would like to process. By grabbing the candidates/Authoring Memory proposals, you can prevent them from being processed by multiple users at the same time (which could result in changes being overwritten).

Requirements:

• You are in one of the following menus:
• Candidates Pool
• Approved Pool
• Challenged Pool
• Challenged Pool
• TeamPlay
• The table contains sentences for processing.
• For TeamPlay: The sentences do not yet have any owner.

How to grab individual candidates or Authoring Memory proposals:

1. Activate the checkboxes in the first column to select all candidates/Authoring Memory proposals that you would like to grab.

   1. The processing functions will be activated.

2. Click Grab.
   

   1. The following success message will be displayed at the bottom left edge of the window:
      
   2. The candidates or Authoring Memory proposals are no longer in their pool.
   3. The candidates or Authoring Memory proposals are in your "My" menu.
   4. For TeamPlay: You are the owner of the sentences.
3. You can evaluate or reevaluate the sentences.

How to grab all candidates/Authoring Memory proposals:

1. Click Grab all:
   

   1. The following success message will be displayed at the bottom left edge of the window:
      
   1. The candidates or Authoring Memory proposals are no longer in their pool.
   2. The candidates or Authoring Memory proposals are in your "My" menu.
   3. For TeamPlay: You are the owner of the sentences.
2. You can evaluate or reevaluate the sentences.
