Deleting Candidates

Apart from being approved or discarded, Authoring Memory Candidates can be fully deleted from the Authoring Memory database. For example, this option may be necessary during a test phase.

Requirements:

• You are in My Candidates or TeamPlay.
• The table displays candidates for processing.
• For TeamPlay: You are the owner of the sentences.

How to delete candidates:

1. Activate the checkboxes in the first column to select all Authoring Memory Candidates that you would like to delete.
   1. The processing functions will be activated.
2. Click Delete.
   
   
   1. The following dialog field will be displayed:
      
      
3. Click Yes.
   1. The following success message will be displayed at the bottom left edge of the panel:
      
      
4. The selected sentences will be deleted from the Authoring Memory database and removed from the table.
5. From now on, the deleted sentences can again be proposed as Authoring Memory Candidates in the Congree Authoring Client.
