Updating Candidates, Authoring Memory Proposals, and Term Candidates

While working in the Data Grooming Manager, it might be necessary to updates the candidates, Authoring Memory proposals, or term candidates for various work steps.

Example: When authors propose Authoring Memory Candidates while you have the Data Grooming Manager open, the Candidates Pool will not be updated automatically. Instead, you can determine when this is to be done.

Requirements:

• You are in one of the menus of the Data Grooming Manager.

How to update candidates, Authoring Memory proposals, and term candidates:

1. Click Update.
   

   1. The sentences or term candidates will be updated.
2. You can see the current status of the sentences and/or term candidates.
