Concept search finds all terms that match the string you just entered. This means that in concept search you will find all terms of a concept even if they do not match the string you just entered.
Lets imagine you have a concept with ID 2 which contains the terms “Headset” and “Earpiece”.
If you search for “Headset”, concept search will find “Headset” but also “Earpiece” because its of the same concept.
If you have translations within the same concept, those translations will also be found.
