You can import a TBX file into Congree TermTiger to add terminology. To start this process go to TermTiger → Import.
Source
In Source you select the format you would like to import. Since we are importing TBX, you select TBX here.
Once you have selected TBX, you can attach the file you would like to import by clicking Select File.
Click Next to proceed to the next step.
The button Next will not be available if the selected file is invalid.
Import Configuration
If you have saved an import configuration during a previous import you can load it now. Click on Select File.
Import configurations can be saved in step 6.
Click Next to proceed to the next step.
Concept
You can either add the concepts of the TBX file to be imported or replace them.
Add concepts
If you choose Add, concepts will be included into an already existing TermBase. No terms will be deleted, overwritten or modified. You cannot keep concept IDs from source in this case.
Replace concepts
If you choose Replace, the entire TermBase will be purged before import proceeds. You may choose to keep the concept IDs from source in this case by clicking the checkbox Import concept ID from source.
You cannot undo replacing concepts once the import has been finalized.
Click Next to proceed to the next step.
Term
Enable Configure languages manually, if you do not want to import terms in the languages as originally stated in the source TBX.
