You can apply the proposed matches from the Authoring Memory to your document whenever you wish. In this way, you can use existing text passages and save unnecessary typing effort.
If several variants with different tagging exist for a match, you can select the variant to be applied to your document.
Important:
The program always displays all existing variants of a match, regardless of whether the tagging is compatible with the DTD/the schema of the opened document. However, incompatible sentences cannot be applied to the document.
Requirements:
- The Authoring Memory Panel is open.
- The cursor is in a paragraph in the editing area:
- At least one match from the Authoring Memory is displayed for the paragraph in which the cursor is.
