Concept search finds all terms that match the string you just enteredenter. This means that in concept search, you will find all terms of a concept, even if they do not match the string you just entered.
Lets For example, imagine you have a concept with ID 2 which that contains the terms “Headset” and “Earpiece”."Headset" and "Earpiece." If you search for “Headset”"Headset," concept search will find “Headset” "Headset" but also “Earpiece” because its of "Earpiece" because they belong to the same concept.
If you have translations within the same concept, those translations will also be found.
