You can either add the concepts of the TBX file to be imported or replace them.

If you choose Add, concepts Concepts: Concepts will be included into in an already existing TermBase. No terms will be deleted, overwritten, or modified. The original concept ID will alsways always be kept when using Add.
Replace
...
If you choose Replace, the Concepts: The entire TermBase will be purged before the import proceeds. You may choose to keep the concept IDs from the source in this case by clicking the checkbox "Import concept ID from source."
