User Groups

Data Grooming Users

Data Grooming users evaluate, reevaluate and challenge proposed Authoring Memory Candidates.

IT System Administrators

IT system administrators plan the system environment, install the Congree components in the enterprise-specific IT environment, and ensure smooth operation.

Linguistic Administrators

One of the tasks of linguistic administrators is to define enterprise-specific linguistic configurations for various application scenarios of Congree and to generate linguistic resources such as terminology, user dictionary, synonyms, style rules, etc.

Congree Users

Congree users are authors of technical documentation and customer communication. During the text composition process, Congree helps users to comply with general and enterprise-specific authoring guidelines and reuse previously composed contents. This results in high-quality documents, i.e. documents that are linguistically correct, comprehensible, consistent, and easy to translate.

Actions to be Performed

Correct the error. Click "Check again".	Actions are numbered consecutively.
The "Check document" will open up.	The arrow indicates system reactions.
You have several options: Replace the faulty text. Click "Apply correction".	Circles mean: You have several action options.
The error has been successfully corrected.	The equals sign indicates the result of a successfully performed action.
The notification "The document does not contain any passages to be checked" is displayed.	The not equals sign indicates potentially undesirable results.
The sentence will be inserted in your document.	The box enables you to document which actions have already been performed and which results have already been achieved in the course of your evaluation.
