Removing the Congree Update Agent

If the Congree Update Agent is no longer required for a client configuration, you can remove it again.

Removing from the client configuration

1. Drag the module from the client configuration back to the left-hand side, similar to step 3 on the page Configure automatic updates.

2. Repeat this for all client configurations.

3. Save the client configuration.

Behavior of the client

1. The next time the server is updated, the client offers an update as usual.

2. When the client update is executed, it receives the current configuration from the server. This client configuration no longer contains the Congree Update Agent.

3. Once the update is complete, the Congree Update Agent is no longer available for this client. The automatic update will no longer be performed in the future.
