Can I downgrade Congree?

Congree cannot be downgraded since there is no mechanism which migrates databases to an older state. Congree Deployment Assistant will therefore not proceed with the update process, if you try to install an older version. Older versions can be identified in different ways. As long as the major release (3.1.11309.11681.20171107.042) is the same, the release ID (3.1.11309.11681.20171107.042) is sufficient. If the major release differs, you should check for change set (3.1.11309.11681.20171107.042) instead, since the release ID will reset with every major release.
