Retrieving Health Information for Third-party Components

Access the specified URL on the host on which the components to be monitored are installed.

Go to Congree Back End Connector for Across → Congree Back End Connector for Across Monitoring → Detail Overview in order to see all available information on the health of the Congree Back End Connectors for Across and its backend at a glance:

  1. Name of the component
  2. What is the function of the component? What does the Health Monitoring check? What are the consequences if the Monitoring displays the ERROR or NOT INSTALLED status?
  3. Build date of the component
  4. Version number of the Congree Back End Connectors for Across
  5. Health status of the component: OK, ERROR, or NOT INSTALLED (see table "The "State" Column" below)
  6. Time in ms for a response of the component to the inquiry of Health Monitoring
