Congree Web Interface - Term Candidates

Overview

Congree Web Interface goes through the content you are currently writing or proof-reading to find potential term candidates you could propose to be added to your TermBase.

You can have a look at those candidates in the image-20250515-143216.pngTerm Candidates Panel.

  1. The toolbar for the Term Candidates Panel.

  2. These numbers indicate how many times this candidate has been found on the current web site and which occurrence you are currently processing.

  3. Click this button to propose the current term candidate.

  4. This is the base form of the term candidate found on the current web site.

  5. This icon indicates that you cannot send this term candidate because mandatory information is missing.

  6. The '*' indicates that this information is mandatory and must be provided.

  7. This view shows all the attributes on concept and term level which you can or must prefill before sending the term candidate.

  1. Enter your term candidate here.

  2. Provide additional information for your term candidate. Mandatory information is marked with '*'.

  3. Click Create to forward the term candidate to be processed.

  4. Click Cancel to delete all information entered in this sheet and return to the Term Candidates Panel.
