Once you are done editing a concept, click "Save" to store all data into the TermBase.

The save button can have three states depending on the situation:

  • Inactive: The button is inactive if you have not created any term in this concept yet. Concepts without terms are invalid and cannot be stored.

  • Warning: You will see a warning if there are unresolved mistakes in any of your fields. Fix the mistakes or actively ignore them to resolve the warning.

Alternatively, you can click the save button despite the warning, which will lead to a confirmation dialog:

Click "Yes" to save the concept despite any remaining warnings.

Click "No" to resolve any remaining warnings before saving.

 

  • Active: If at least one term has been entered and no linguistic warnings remain, the save button is active. Click it to save the concept.
