In Congree Authoring Client, two different reports can be generated with respect to the Authoring Memory:

• The Authoring Memory Matching Rates Report (see The Congree Matching Rates Report Panel)
• The expanded Authoring Memory Report

Requirements:

• For the Authoring Memory Matching Rates Report: The Congree Matching Rates Report Panel is open.
• For the Authoring Memory Report: The Congree Toolbar is open.

How to generate an Authoring Memory Matching Rates Report:

1. In the Congree Matching Rates Report Panel, click the Save report button.

   1. The Authoring Memory Matching Rates Report will open up:
      
2. You can retrieve information on the following items:

1. Matching rates for Authoring Memory matches
2. Number of matches for the respective matching rate
3. Percentage of the sentences of a matching rate (in relation to the total number of sentences checked)

How to generate an Authoring Memory Report:

1. In the Congree Toolbar, click Document.

   1. Upon completion of the document check, the following notification will be displayed:
      

2. Click Show Authoring Memory Report.

   1. The Authoring Memory Report will open up:
      

• You can retrieve information on the following items:

1. Matching rates for Authoring Memory matches
2. Number of matches for the respective matching rate
3. Percentage of the sentences of a matching rate (in relation to the total number of sentences checked)
4. Number of Authoring Memory Candidates per matching rate, which were proposed for inclusion in the Authoring Memory during the current session
5. Percentage of proposed Authoring Memory Candidates per matching rate (in relation to the total number of sentences checked)
