In the Terminology menu, you can approve term candidates for inclusion in your corporate terminology. You can also delete or discard term candidates or discard them globally.
Requirements
The list of term candidates contains candidates for processing.
How to Approve Term Candidates
Activate the checkboxes in the first column to select all term candidates that you would like to approve.
The processing functions will be activated.
Click Approve:
The term candidates will disappear from the list.
The terms have been included in your corporate terminology.
You can further process the terms in your terminology system.
How to Delete Term Candidates
Activate the checkboxes in the first column to select all term candidates that you would like to delete.
The processing functions will be activated.
Click Delete:
The term candidates will disappear from the list.
Your corporate terminology no longer contains the term candidates.
The term candidates can again be identified and be proposed as term candidates in the Congree Authoring Client.
How to Discard Term Candidates
Activate the checkboxes in the first column to select all term candidates that you would like to discard.
The processing functions will be activated.
Click Discard:
The term candidates will disappear from the list.
Your corporate terminology no longer contains the term candidates.
The term candidates can no longer be identified and proposed as term candidates in the Congree Authoring Client.
The term candidates are listed for the respective Style Guide in the Congree UMMT menu Filter for Term Candidates.
