In the Job list menu, you can track all compilation tasks jobs of the Linguistic Compiler and all TermSync tasksjobs. The processes are stored with status and time information.

  1. Refresh button: Refresh the list of compilation and TermSync tasksjobs.
  2. Clear: Delete all finished tasks jobs from the list.
  3. Collapse all button: Collapse all expanded tasks jobs (see example in screenshot: Id 1 with Id 5).
  4. Expand all button: Expand all tasks jobs in the table.
  5. Job table
    1. Id: Unique identifier of the respective taskfor each job
    2. Job column: Describes the task job type.
      • Compilation: Compilation Task job of the Linguistic Compiler
      • Deployment of linguistic data: Deployment of the Style Guides on the hosts on which Congree is used
      • TermSync: TermSync Taskjob
    3. Details column: For compilation tasks jobs of the Linguistic Compiler, the underlying document-specific rule set is indicated listed here. For TermSync tasksjobs, the respective each synchronization task job is indicatedlisted.
    4. Job status column: This status indicates whether a task job has been successfully completed or remained incomplete.
    5. Operation status: This status indicates whether a task job is scheduled, is currently being performed, or has been completed.
    6. Planned start: The scheduled start of a compilation of or a TermSync process
    7. Start: The start of a compilation of or a TermSync process
    8. End: The end of a compilation of or a TermSync process
  6. Number of tasks jobs in the table
